We are holding our next Emerging Risk Forum, bringing together professionals from across the industry, creating a space for insightful discussions on emerging industry risks and how best to prepare for them.
Given the many different factors currently affecting customers and the economy, November’s Forum will focus on identifying pre-arrears and then supporting those in difficulty. The topics include buy-now pay-later, furlough, financial prescribing and signposting, and pro-active customer ‘check-ins’.
