On Wednesday 24 November, we held our Emerging Risk Forum with the group discussing topics including Buy Now Pay Later, furlough, signposting, and pro-active customer check ins. The Emerging Risk Forum is an opportunity for conduct, compliance, and regulatory professionals from across the industry to come together to discuss emerging risks and areas of interest. The Forum is conducted under Chatham House rules so contributors can discuss matters in an open manner.
