Coronavirus; working through it

In response to the coronavirus pandemic, Insight & Support published a series of thought pieces focusing on authorised push payment (APP) scams, vulnerability, and SME financial difficulty.

Each of these topics was looked at through the perspective of the impact from COVID-19, for the benefit of those firms registered to the Standards of Lending Practice for both personal and business customers.
